Shipping policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method & Delivery:
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage for domestic orders. Tracking is provided for every shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Delivery Confirmation:
All packages are considered delivered once USPS scans them as delivered to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered.

Lost or Missing Packages:
While we take care to ensure your package is shipped safely, once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, the carrier assumes responsibility for its delivery. USPS Ground Advantage includes limited insurance coverage of up to $100.

If your package cannot be located after delivery, please contact USPS directly to initiate an investigation. We are happy to provide any information needed to assist with a claim, such as tracking number or shipment date.

Please Note:
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
